Longstowe Hall wedding photography

I absolutely love photographing a wedding at Longstowe Hall! It is such a great wedding venue in a beautiful part of Cambridgeshire. I always have an amazing time when I am over there and Holly and Charlie’s wedding was no exception. Holly and her sister spent most of the morning getting ready and meeting up with friends and family and as I do with every wedding I photograph I arrived really early to capture what was going on.

The staff at Longstowe Hall made a decision early in the morning that the wedding ceremony could be held outside next to the lake at the bottom of the garden and what a beautiful outdoor ceremony it was. In the afternoon sun wedding guests drank champagne, the Cambridge Jazz Company played beautifully and the whole wedding party had a truly special day. After dinner (thank you guys for such an amazing meal!) Charlie and his guests lit their Cuban cigars, drank whisky and once the first dance was over the party got under way. As always I stayed right until the very end to capture it all!

Here are some of my favourite photographs from the day….

Longstowe Hall wedding venue

Longstowe Hall is an ancient Grade ll listed mansion that stands in 175 acres of parkland in the civil parish of Longstowe, Cambridgeshire. The impressive hall dates back to Queen Elizabeth 1’s reign and was purchased by the Cage family in 1571. It was then sold to Francis Bickley in 1649 who owned it for 6 years before selling the property in 1655 to Sir Ralph Bovey. The building is hidden within enchanting ancient woodland that opens to reveal the most gorgeous English gardens and lake.

Longstowe Hall wedding photographer

I am guessing you have landed on this page because you are getting married in Cambridgeshire and you are looking for a Longstowe Hall wedding photographer. My name is Warren, I am a well established Somerset wedding photographer and I have been photographing weddings throughout Somerset for over ten years. You will put so much time into organising your wedding, you need a photographer that will work just as hard to capture all the moments that matter. As you can see from my portfolio I observe what is happening and document it using natural light where possible to create beautiful, emotive photographs. We can arrange a time for portraits in the evening but apart from that I just capture the wedding exactly how it happens. It does not matter how big or small your wedding will be or where it is,  I would love to be there. If you love my style, and you feel a connection with my work then please get in contact using the details below.

Thank you for your time.

Warren.
